I am Lisa Kullander, senior HR consultant and founder of Leadia About People AB. For more than 25 years I have worked as HR Director, HR Business Partner and advisor in both the private and public sectors.

I step in where things are complex: during reorganisations, in negotiations, in difficult individual cases and as a sounding board for CEOs and management teams. My approach is direct, attentive and business-oriented — I take both people and the business seriously.

What I believe in is honest HR. The kind that dares to say what is uncomfortable, builds trust over time, and leaves the organisation stronger than it was when I arrived.
